Updates & Announcements

• Reminder: Kathryn Dudum is no longer with the ADJUST CC, so please direct all correspondence to Elia Rubio ([email protected])
• Thank you to GOSH, UHBW, SCH, GNCH, and NNUH, who successfully shipped frozen research samples to UCSF!
  • Remaining AUS site: You will be contacted by a CryoPDP representative to initiate shipment of samples in the coming week. Please ensure that the date and time for the sample pickup are communicated clearly to the lab personnel to avoid any issues.
• Please review ADJUST PPM #23 and PPM #24
  • UK Sites: we have resubmitted SA26 (related to PPM #24) as this was re-classified as ‘substantial for review.’ We have sent the updated approvals. Please send the C&C to [email protected].

• Maintain your IRB approval until the Coordinating Center tells you that it is okay to close it. Depending on your IRB/Ethics guidelines, you may need to keep your IRB approval until participants are notified of the results.

Protocol & Data Tip:

COORDINATORS: Please send out the patient results letter (if you have received regulatory approval from PPM #24) and complete the table provided. Reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
